SIMSBURY — The Talcott Mountain Music Festival continues on July 19 at 7:30 p.m. with “Swan Lake” and “Sleeping Beauty” at Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center in Simsbury. This performance will be led by HSO Music Director, Carolyn Kuan. Single tickets are on sale at www.hartfordsymphony.org. It’s Tchaikovsky at twilight. Enjoy a beautiful evening in the Meadows, as the HSO performs selections from one of the most beloved orchestral master composers. Experience some of Tchaikovsky’s greatest works including musical excerpts from his enchanting ballets “Swan Lake” and “Sleeping Beauty,” the thrilling “Violin Concerto in D Major” played by HSO’s second violinist Gary Capozziello, and excerpts from his joyful “Symphony No. 5.”

Advance single lawn tickets are $25 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. Adult single lawn tickets are $30 at the gate. Gate prices take effect at 5 p.m., the day of the concert. Gates open at 6 p.m. for all Talcott Mountain Music Festival concerts. Open to all ticket holders, the Family Fun Zone is open from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.; families can enjoy free activities such as music-themed games and crafts, the Instrument Discovery Lab, and youth performances.
