CCM’s CT Triple Crown Charity benefits three organizations

The Connecticut Conference of Municipalities announces the success of the CT Triple Crown Charity event, held on May 10 at the Hartford Club. Through charitable donations and a lively auction, CCM raised nearly $34,000 for the three organizations — Journey Home, the Parent Child Resource Center, and the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery — totalling $11,388 per charity. Sara Salomons, director of development and communications, Journey Home; Michael Wynne, dxecutive director of the Parent Child Resource Center and Roberta Cook, president and CEO of the Parent Child Resource Center; and Michael Askew, director of recovery advocacy for the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery were there to accept the checks on behalf of their organizations.
