Editor's note: An item has been removed from this police blotter after the person charged provided court documents showing charges in the case were nolled.

The West Hartford Police Department reported the following arrests:

Possession: Jason R. Williams, 26, 110 Delahunty Drive, Southington, was arrested July 21 and charged with illegal possession after he was stopped by police in his car and found to be in possession of heroin. His bond was set at $5,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 31.

Possession: Michael Jeffrey Casner, 25, 55 Norton Road, Kensington, was arrested July 21 and charged with illegal possession, conspiracy to commit illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop on Route 84 near Route 9. He was found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 31.

Breach of peace: Hugo Lalles, 22, 43 Caya Avenue, West Hartford, was arrested July 20 and charged with breach of peace after police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 21.

Failure to respond: Robert Nigel Gaynor, 24, 96 Boulanger Avenue, West Hartford, was arrested July 20 and charged on a PRAWN warrant out of Enfield Superior Court for failure to respond to a violation. His bond was set at $150 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 29.

Larceny: Saleh Mohsin Kassem, 181 Tremont Street, New Britain, was arrested July 20 and charged with larceny after allegedly shoplifting from Sears. His bond was set at $500 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 23.

Breach of peace: Judy MacDonald, 56, 439 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, was arrested July 20 and charged with breach of peace, criminal trespassing and refusing to be fingerprinted after police say she caused a disturbance at Staples in West Hartford. Her bond was set at $5,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court July 23.

Disorderly conduct: Patrick H. Kupchunos, 27, 1969 Ellington Road, South Windsor, was arrested July 20 and charged with simple trespassing and disorderly conduct after he attempted to enter the wrong house, according to police. His bond was set at $500 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 23.

Breach of peace: Ergest Mati, 27, 2062 Eaglepath Circle, Henderson, Nevada, was arrested July 20 and charged with breach of peace and criminal trespassing after his involvement in an altercation at Bar Taco in West Hartford. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 23.

Multiple charges: Marilyn Ruth Channer-Sims, 52, 32 Edgewood Street, Hartford, was arrested July 19 after a motor vehicle stop. Police say Channer-Sims “purposefully provided officers with incorrect personal information.” She was charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer and driving without a license. Her bond was set at $5,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court July 31.

Channer-Sims was also charged with violation of probation on an active warrant from the town of Glastonbury. Her bond was set at $40,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 13.

Possession: Daniel R. Gottlieb, 21, 66 Smith Street, New Britain, was arrested July 19 and charged with illegal possession, failure to obey a control signal and improperly-colored taillights after he was stopped by police and found to be in possession of heroin. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 31.

Breach of peace: Rachael M. Sullivan, 46, 100 South Quaker Lane, West Hartford, was arrested July 19 and charged with falsely reporting an incident and breach of peace on a warrant. Her bond was set at $10,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court July 31.

Violations: Torrie G. Hyde, 27, 969 South Main Street, Plantsville, was arrested July 19 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane after a motor vehicle stop. He was scheduled to appear in court July 31.

DUI: Kelvin Julbe-Colon, 21, 158 Maple Street, Bristol, was arrested July 19 and charged with driving under the influence and driving without a license. His bond was set at $500 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 31.

Breach of peace: Showna Batchelor, 31, 119 Hillcrest Avenue, West Hartford, was arrested July 18 and charged with breach of peace after she allegedly engaged in a heated argument with a neighbor, police said, and continued screaming and yelling in a manner that “caused a disruption to the entire neighborhood.” Police say she refused to cooperate with the officer at the scene and was subsequently arrested. Her bond was set at $2,500 and she was scheduled to appear in court July 23.

Violations: Mark A. Mullen, 21 Dunlay Street, New Britain, was arrested July 18 and charged with failure to appear in court and violation of probation. His bond was set at $50,000 for failure to appear and $35,000 for violation of probation and taken into custody. No court date was available.

Breach of peace: Gordon B. Platt, 249 Sisson Avenue, Hartford, was arrested July 18 and charged with breach of peace and criminal trespassing after police say he was involved in an incident at a family member’s house where he had been warned not to return. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 23.

Possession: Jesse J. Boys, 23, 4 Summer Street, Manchester, was arrested July 18 and charged with possession of heroin after he was stopped in his car by police. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 31. Boys was also charged with failure to obey a control signal and possession of paraphernalia.

Possession: Jacob W. Boys, 35, 471 S. Main Street, West Hartford, was arrested July 18 and charged with illegal possession, tampering with or fabricating and interfering with an officer after he was found to be in possession of narcotics. His bond was set at $7,500 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 31.

Disorderly conduct: Heyemin Ryu, 29, 1562 Boulevard, West Hartford, was arrested July 18 and charged with disorderly conduct, refusing to be fingerprinted and interfering with an officer after she was involved in a domestic dispute. Her bond was set at $5,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court on the same day.

Hindering prosecution: Desiree Torres, 19, 144 Francis Avenue, Hartford, was arrested July 17 and charged with hindering prosecution after police say she harbored her fugitive boyfriend who was wanted on domestic violence charges. Her bond was set at $5,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court July 31.

Assault: Quran Muhammad, 18, 84 Brittany Farms Drive, New Britain, was arrested July 17 and charged on a warrant for assault of an elderly, blind or disabled person and threatening. Police said he was on the run for mover than a month, and that the charges stem from a domestic violence incident involving a firearm. His bond was set at $150,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 18.

Shoplifting: Shatika Rena Parkman, 31, 257 Linnmore Street, Hartford, was arrested July 17 and charged with larceny after she allegedly shoplifted from Family Dollar on New Britain Avenue. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court July 23.

Possession: Adam Louis Sill, 28, 21 Gale Avenue, Meriden, was arrested July 16 and charged with possession and conspiracy to commit possession after he was stopped by police and found to be in possession of heroin. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 24.

Possession: Gary Collins, 44, 66 Germania Street, Southington, was arrested July 16 after a motor vehicle stop on New Britain Avenue and found to be in possession of two bundles of heroin, police said. He was charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to signal/restricted turns. His bond was set at $35,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court July 24.

Burglary: Carmelo Diaz, 51, 93 Brown Street, Hartford, was arrested on a warrant for burglary and larceny July 16. He appeared in court the same day to face the charges.

Shoplifting: Cassandra Q. Johnson, 25, 821 Capital Avenue, Hartford, was arrested July 15 and charged with larceny after she was involved in alleged shoplifting at Shop Rite, Kane Street, West Hartford. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court July 16.

Multiple charges on warrants: Troy Howlett, 38, 24 Meadow Lane, Willington, was arrested July 15 on several outstanding warrants and charged with illegal possession, simple trespassing, identity theft, criminal impersonation and forgery. He was held on bonds totaling $60,000 and scheduled to appear in court the same day.
